You should start cutting down on the foodstuffs a few days before you start a detox plan. Lemon detox diet recipe includes 4 oz of cold water added with half of a freshly squeezed lemon, 2 tablespoons of Pure Maple syrup, and a dash of Cayenne Pepper or ground ginger. After stirring it well, add 4 oz of cold water and then stir it again. You can take a large glass of water each day with one teaspoon of salt. Besides this, a multi-vitamin or mega multi-vitamin should be taken daily. You should take 6 to 10 glasses of lemon drink daily; and nothing else should be taken except salt or senna tea drink.
